Overview
This is a vibrant and groove-heavy experiment from a band showcasing their ever-evolving creativity, blending Jazz, Psych, and Synth-Funk into a fluid, kaleidoscopic experience. Built from a jam that began around a single harmonic motif, which morphs throughout the album, the record feels both intricate and effortless, flowing seamlessly from one track to the next. While it may be a departure from their usual chaotic and heavy releases, its refined musicianship and cohesive structure highlight a band deeply in sync with their ever-shifting sonic vision. It’s playful, immersive, and endlessly dynamic - a testament to King Gizzard’s boundless innovation. Some may think change isn’t always a good thing, but ‘Changes’ certainly is.
Recommended for trendy Jazzy people looking for a relentless groove.

This is King Gizzard at their most stylish, reflecting the music within the album. The piano keys surrounding the image are a nice touch and I think you need a bucket hat on to listen to this record.
