Overview
’Hypersonic Missiles’ is a striking debut that blends Anthemic Rock with deeply personal and socially charged storytelling. With plenty of elements and inspiration drawn from Bruce Springsteen, Sam Fender’s raw, impassioned vocals carry an intensity that makes every moment feel urgent, whether he’s tackling themes of modern disillusionment, youthful escapism, or personal struggles. The album is packed with soaring melodies and dynamic instrumentation, echoing classic Heartland Rock while still feeling entirely fresh. With this record, Fender firmly cements himself as a powerful voice in Modern Rock - bold, unfiltered, and brimming with authenticity and confidence.
Recommended for those looking for a refreshing revival of band music.

It’s definitely a striking image, and the dark vibe of the cover perfectly reflects the music within. While it makes sense for a solo artist to feature on their own album cover, I feel this album deserves something more for the cover.
