It's a cover that certainly matches the slow, relaxed mood of the album - the purple hue and seemingly laid-back walking style of the figure are a good choice. The distorted filtering applied to the image, which seems like an old video recording, is an interesting choice, but I think it works. I just wouldn’t want the posture of the shadowy figure.
