MARK ANGELO STUDIOS
Overview
Founded in December 2000 at its definitive West London location, Mark Angelo Studios was a premier independent recording facility established by legendary reggae, dub, and alternative producer Mark Angelo Lusardi. Relocating the business name from its original 1979 Clerkenwell roots to a much larger, purpose-built complex inside Impress House on Mansell Road, the Acton studio became highly sought after for its unique acoustics and flexible tracking architecture. The flagship room featured a spacious, variable-reverb live environment equipped with 24-track tape and high-end digital workflows included in the basic room rate. The studio served as a vital hit laboratory for modern British music before the independent facility permanently closed its doors in 2008.
