PANORAM STUDIOS
Overview
Opened in 2015 by members of the Mexican Alternative-Rock band Zoé, Grammy Award-winning British record producer Phil Vinall, and a wider group of creative collaborators, Panoram Studios is a prominent multi-room commercial recording and production facility located at Calle Reynosa 9 in the Hipódromo neighbourhood of Mexico City, Mexico. Developed from Zoé’s earlier project studio in Coyoacán, the custom-built complex was conceived as an inspiring, collaborative response to the evolving demands of music, audiovisual production, and audio post-production. The facility is led by its flagship Studio A, centred on a vintage 1976 MCI JH-500 analogue console, alongside Studio B’s stereo recording and 5.1 post-production capabilities, dedicated vocal and visual-production rooms, and the affiliated Toy Factory mixing space. Combining characterful analogue equipment with flexible digital workflows and carefully designed acoustics, Panoram Studios remains an active creative hub for Mexican and international music, film, television, advertising, and live-session projects.
